Implementation of Fire Foam System — AGROJOBITO (Agroaurora S.A.C.)

At IDT Ingeniería, we implemented a foam fire protection system at AGRIJIBITO (Agroaurora S.A.C.), designed for the rapid extinguishing of flammable and combustible liquid fires in agroindustrial environments.

The scope included:

 Supply and installation of a bolted foam tank with high capacity, optimized for continuous operation and easy maintenance.

 Foam proportioning and mixing system for accurate blending of foam concentrate with water, ensuring maximum suppression efficiency.

 Foam distribution network and monitors for coverage of critical storage and processing areas.

 Integration with detection and alarm systems, allowing both automatic and manual activation under risk conditions.

 Functional and discharge testing under NFPA 11 protocols, validating flow, foam expansion, and fire control time.

 Technical training for operational staff on activation procedures and preventive maintenance.

This project enabled Agroaurora S.A.C. to strengthen fire safety in high-risk areas, ensuring asset protection, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance.
